Once upon a time there was a beautiful, blooming and curious girl named CC SKYE who went to Kathmandu, Nepal to study abroad. CC immersed herself in the culture but found reading fashion magazines from her home country made her yearn for something. An LA girl through and through, she started designing and making dresses with local seamstresses, adding her later signature, personal embellishments. While her new home for the time definitely slowed her down, this newly discovered hobby showed her the gift of making as opposed to buying and she was in love. CC went back to LA and was a trend-spotter for Louis Vuitton, among others. She had a gift - it was becoming clear. She then was an Associate Producer at MTV and profiled fashion designers and worked for the Style Network. She was getting warmer. One day, she found herself in the LA downtown jewelry district and the rest is history. A glamorous, chunky leather and gold filled history.

WWD called her "consistently ahead of the trends" and season after season she shows just how true that is. CC started with jewelry and moved into handbags in 2006, is still LA based and continues to perfect that "uptown and downtown edge elegance" that she founded and currently lives in Malibu... happily ever after....
